A creative, mind-body approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who experience the world deeply, including those who are highly sensitive, navigating chronic stress or pain, or adjusting to medical or developmental diagnoses. I also support neurodivergent children and adolescents, as well as parents working to better understand and connect with their child while managing the emotional complexity that can come with it.

My approach balances insight with self-compassion. Together, we build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and find meaningful ways to express and process what’s often hard to put into words.  I integrate discussion with mindfulness and creative approaches, including music and the arts, to help gently move through emotional blocks and create a greater sense of clarity and ease.

You don’t have to push yourself harder to feel better. Therapy can be a space to slow down, listen more closely, and begin to respond to yourself with more understanding and flexibility.

Our work is collaborative and grounded, helping you feel more connected and at home in yourself.
